The new Physicians Wellness Program hopes to cast a broad safety net over our physician members by intensely focusing on helping them with awareness and improvement of their own mental health and well-being. We begin with health and wellness programming and resources through virtual means at this time, and introduce coaching and counseling resources in the later part of 2021, when funding is secured.

Program content for the 1st half of 2021 will include:

     • Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation with Scott Martin
          • Saturday, March 20th at 10am
