In 2019 the Smith County Medical Society Executive Board approved the creation of the Smith County Medical Society Foundation, a vehicle in which to fund physician programs well into the future. The Smith County Medical Society Foundation supports the legacy, outreach, and advancement of the Smith County Medical Society. In the spirit of philanthropy, the Foundation’s efforts impact physicians individually and collectively, while fostering a healthier community.
