The mission of the Smith County Medical Society is to promote and encourage the highest standards of ethical medical practice for the benefit of the community and to serve as advocate for the physicians of Smith County Medical Society in achieving this end.

We had a great turnout at East Texas Food Bank where Women Physicians helped to fight hunger and feed hope in East Texas on September 23. Thanks for coming out!

Networking Socials

The Smith County Medical Society had another successful networking social for our Physicians on November 8th at Walk On’s Bistreaux & Bar. Over fifty Physicians and spouses attended this fun filled night of networking and comradery. Our next networking social will be in February and we hope to see you there!

Hard Hats for Little Heads Helmet Giveaway on Saturday October 6 at Raquet and Jog during "packet pickup" was a success! We gave away over 75 helmets. Thanks to all who helped and came out!
