Smith County Medical Society is providing Hard Hats for Little Heads helmet giveaway. We will be at Raquet and Jog located at 5403 S Broadway Ave, Tyler, TX 75703 Friday October 6 at “packet pickup” from 10:00am – 7:00pm.
